One-Arm Reverse Fly (Tubing)
			
		With one arm reaching 
forward, other hand on 
abdomen, pull tubing 
from mid line of chest 
out to side of body. 
Keep hips still.
		Repeat with other arm.
		Do ____ repetitions, 
____ sets.
		Anchor at chest level,
